Facebook Help is a reliable tech-clinic center page provided by Facebook. It is a page used in assisting the users in fixing the multifaceted issues they encounter with their Facebook account. A Facebook user can go online anytime he/she is faced with issues that need a solution and find experts working on Facebook who can offer this solution.

Since Facebook offers no direct means of communication with users, help can only be gotten thru the Facebook Help Center to help solve issues users may encounter.

How to Use the Facebook Help Resources to Get Help

  • Tap open the Facebook Help Center webpage, if you are not already logged into Facebook, you will be required to tap the “Log In” button at the top right corner of the page to fill in your email address and password.
  1. Get to review the options toolbar, this is located at the top of the screen, directly beneath the search bar. Drag your cursor over each option to view its subsections. Your options include the following;
  • Using Facebook
  • Managing Your Account
  • Privacy and Safety
  • Policies and Reporting
  • Questions you may have
  • Popular Topics
  • Choose a relevant section, that best suite the problem your encountering.
  • Go thru additional options
  • Make use of the search bar to expedite your process. This requires you to simply tap on the search bar at the top of the Help Center page, this says something like “Hi (Your Name), how can we help?”, thereafter, type in a few words related to your complaint. Several suggestions will pop up in a drop-down menu below the search bar.
  • The search bar here, only links to Facebook’s pre-written articles. Should you be looking for an answer to a specific issue not covered in the Help Center, skip ahead to the Community page.
  • Tap open the Ads Help Center page to get answers to your business or page issues as that is what this section is for.
  • Go to the Facebook Community page, if you can’t locate your current problem listed anywhere in the in the Help Center.
  • You will locate a search bar at the top of this page, you can search for topics from here.

Submitting a Complaint thru the Better Business Bureau

  1. Tap open Facebook’s Better Business Bureau Page
  • Navigate down and tap on “Submit a Complaint”. This is situated on the lower right side of the webpage next to the “Submit a Review” button
  • Tap “Click Here to File a Complaint”. This located underneath the “I am looking to resolve a dispute with a business” heading on the left side of the page.
  • Fill out the Qualification Question form, by tapping the “Yes” or “No” checkbox for each of the following questions.
  • Is this an employee/employer complaint?
  • Is this a discrimination or civil rights complaint?
  • Does your complaint allege a criminal act?
  • Is this a business with a complaint about collection purposes with another business?
  • Is this complaint in litigation?
  • Is this complaint based solely on dissatisfaction with a price?
  • Is this complaint about a purchase you wish you never made
  • Are you solely seeking an apology from the business?
  • Are you filing this complaint for BBB information only?
  • Tap “Proceed to complaint Form”. You can also tap “Clear & Start Over to start filling out the form again.
  • Tap “Proceed”, if you wish to change the language of the following forms. You must first tap the “Select Language” bar at the top left corner of the screen and then tap your preferred language
  • Fill out the complaint form, by including the following
  • The problem you are encountering
  • Steps taken to resolve the problem
  • The issues you encountered, while attempting to resolve the problem
  • Any potential solutions and/or suggestions you can offer
  1. Navigate down and tap the “Submit Complaint” tab
  • Hold on for an email to arrive, this may take three to five business days.
